About Olivia

I am a student of Primary Education Teaching with a major in English and a B2 level in English.

My methods have already been used with primary, secondary, and high school students, improving their level in the subject, obtaining very good results, and developing a fundamental understanding of the subject—the most important part for understanding everything else. They have also been used with foreigners who wanted to learn the language from scratch, who now have greater confidence in the language, a broader vocabulary, and greater fluency.

My priority is the student's comfort with the teaching methods and their self-confidence to learn from the mistakes they make during their learning process, achieving a higher level.

My teaching methods are very flexible and adaptable to the needs of the student, adapting to the course, level, and the most comfortable learning method for the student (visual, auditory, sensory, etc.).

They depend on whether they are designed for Spanish classes for foreigners, adapting to their level, for those just starting out, or for those who already know the language. The priority is to help students overcome their shyness and dare to experiment with the language, even if they invent words. The important thing is to gain self-confidence.

Or if they are intended for Spanish language classes, possible for any level (Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate).

Some examples include: breaking down and composing sentences with colored cardboard, classifying word types. Each color corresponds to a word type (red for verbs, blue for nouns, etc.), and grouping words into phrases, subjects, predicates, etc., learning syntax in a meaningful way. Also, creating tables with colored cardboard pieces for morphological analysis, verb classification, etc., among many other techniques.

To learn Spanish, I rely on activities like "memory," which connects words with pictures; "Who am I?" to formulate and answer questions; and "Who's who?" to improve conversation skills and vocabulary.

In conclusion, these are active methods adapted to the current educational system based on memorization and mechanization, proving successful. Priority is given to adaptability to the student's needs, taking into account both their level, course, and the learning method that is most comfortable for them, leveraging it to achieve positive results.
