About Amar
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 17 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Teaching English is not just my job, it is something I truly enjoy because I love helping students grow and succeed. Over the years, I have worked with around 150 to 200 students from different backgrounds and learning levels.
This has helped me understand that every student learns in a different way, and I always try to adjust my teaching style to suit their needs. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary while also improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
One of my biggest achievements is seeing students who once lacked confidence become fluent and comfortable in English. Many of my students have improved their academic results, performed well in presentations, and gained confidence in interviews.
My classes are interactive, simple, and supportive. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and express their thoughts freely. I believe learning should be a positive and enjoyable experience.
My goal is not only to teach English but also to help students build confidence and open new opportunities for their future.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on making learning practical, interactive, and relevant to real life. I use real-life examples and case studies to show students how English is used in everyday situations, workplaces, and academic contexts.
Motivation is central to my teaching, and I create a positive, supportive environment where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and learn actively. I include problem-solving exercises such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based tasks that develop critical thinking and communication skills.
I maintain integrity by giving honest, constructive feedback and guiding students step by step. Flexibility is a key part of my approach, as I adapt lessons to each student’s level, pace, and learning goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure a complete language learning experience.
