About Maria
I am a Pre-Med student/ Spanish tutor. I have been giving private lessons for about 2 years. Also, I was a Learning Assistant in Spanish Class for 2 years in High School. I also studied 14 years in Cuba so I have the perfect background in the language. I have taught 3 kids (private lessons) and helped teach a class to High School Students. The students I helped have finished the course with A's and B's.

I like to teach with as much patience as possible. For me it is important that the student feels comfortable in the class. I don't like to put pressure on them. I know that Spanish can be a hard language for any non-native Spanish speaker, so my classes will go to the right pace of the learner. My goal is that the when the tutoring session ends the student can feel motivated to keep learning this amazing language.
