About Vaishnavi
Hello , I am Vaishnavi Rasam. I am a practicing Martial artist for 13 years now. I am a national level Judo player as well as a fitness enthusiast. Being practicing martial arts , I have experienced its amazing effects in shaping the personality of a person and boosting their confidence.It not only helps with the physical aspects but also helps in Mental fitness of a practitioner. Being experienced the wonderful effects of martial arts I am passionate to share this ancient art with maximum people.
Martial arts makes one more productive and disciplined resulting in getting better results in life and career goals.
