About Lucia

I am Lucia Castellvi, more than 15 years ago I began my training in pole dance, yoga, acrobatics, dance and area disciplines, my curiosity about mobility, awareness and body coordination led me to internalize in different disciplines in order to achieve the fusion of innovative techniques in terms of dance and physical training.
I am a certified Pole Dance trainer, with Acrobatic training and very good performance in Exotic Pole and Flow, as well as teaching Flexibility, Fusion Yoga, acrobatic and vertical movements.
8 years ago I started working with groups of students, where I had the opportunity to train and accompany them in their searches.
Today I offer these classes in different studios and spaces to continue developing professionally.
FLOW.FUSION: It is an experimental floor dance, where different dance techniques such as Flow, exotic and acrobatic merge. What is sought through this dance is the sensuality in the corporality of the person who performs it, to be able to express desire and sensuality through the body. It is a powerful way to work on self-esteem, recognition of movement and eroticism.
POWER.BALANCE: It is a non-traditional training that combines strength, balance and flexibility. Merge different training techniques such as yoga, calisthenics, capoeira, acrobatic mobility. It is intended that the person who practices it can know his body, learn from its strengths and overcome its weaknesses. Each class is different and represents a new challenge, helping to connect your body and mind.

-My job is to accompany you in your learning, helping you to recognize your body, understand your abilities and make you more agile in the mobility of your body.
-The session lasts one hour, where we will begin with joint movement, a warm-up sequence, fixed postures and a return to calm.
-Different training techniques are fused to help you elongation, strength and balance in a single class and you work dynamically.
- The training methodology is open to anyone who is looking for a fun, innovative and effective way of physical and spiritual training.
