About Ruchika
I'm Ruchika Pillai, a postgraduate student with a strong foundation in laboratory techniques and a passion for sharing knowledge. With my experience in research projects and internships, I've developed essential skills for teaching, including project management, problem-solving, and leadership. My excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable me to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. I'm also proficient in MS Office and possess basic computer skills, making me comfortable with using technology to support my teaching. Additionally, my experience as a substitute teacher at Navodaya Vidyalaya Entrance Coaching has given me hands-on experience in classroom management and lesson planning. I'm excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to a teaching role and inspire the next generation of students

We'll have interactive session as well as students free to ask doubts outside the classroom. My focus will be to create a concrete base for the subject so students can grasp the concept and focus on the learning part . Frequent quizzes and for better learning use of video lectures, mind maps and other means will be used. Students are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification. Goal would be to create a positive learning environment for the students
