About Lining
Firstly, I am a postgraduate student at the University of Southampton School of Law and I have standard English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, as well as good word processing and logic skills. I come from a law school, so I can at least be trusted to be legitimate and ethical.
Secondly, Chinese is my mother tongue, which I live, study and write in, and I consider myself to have language skills beyond most Chinese speakers. At the same time, I have a certificate in Mandarin, and thus I speak it to a very high standard.
Finally, as I am learning Italian, I have a better understanding of the difficulties and inertia of language learning, and I will actively work with my students to face the difficulties, to solve the problems, and to bring you to develop an interest in the beautiful language of Chinese.

- My teaching method and techniques
My method is divided into Practical Chinese and Basic Chinese. Practical Chinese focuses on daily communication, topic interaction, etc. Basic Chinese focuses on Phonetic teaching, culture introduction, etc. I will be able to make PowerPoint presentations to support your teaching.

A typical lesson plan can be customised according to the student's needs, also with homework and assessments to monitor language learning if you like.
- What sets me apart as a tutor
I am outgoing and patient, which makes me a good language tutor. I have a wide range of hobbies and interests, so I can discuss a wide range of topics when teaching Chinese, which makes learning the language more interesting. I also have free time and am able to plan my lessons according to the needs of my students.
