My name is Archana, and I am a passionate educator with over 13 years of experience teaching English and Social Studies to students from Class 8 to 10 across CBSE and State Boards. I hold a Master’s degree in both English Literature and Marathi, and have dedicated my career to helping students build strong academic foundations, especially in grammar, writing, and conceptual understanding. As a teacher, I focus on creating a friendly, supportive environment where students feel confident to ask questions and grow at their own pace. I believe every child can succeed with the right guidance and attention, which is why I tailor my classes to match individual learning styles. My goal is not only to help students score well in exams, but also to develop a genuine interest in the subjects they study. My teaching method includes explaining topics in simple language, using real-life examples, and encouraging students to ask questions. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, reading comprehension, and answer-writing techniques. Social Studies lessons are taught through storytelling, concept maps, and current affairs connections to make learning meaningful.
Each class begins with a quick revision, followed by a focused explanation of new topics. I include regular short tests, writing practice, and discussion to ensure better retention and understanding.
I offer classes both online and offline (home tuitions), and every session is customized to suit the child’s pace, strengths, and goals. My students often feel more confident, disciplined, and well-prepared after just a few sessions.
