1- A Mentally Healthy Environment: As someone pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, my student's mental health is my top priority. If I notice a student is struggling with severe stress or anxiety, I actively lower the syllabus pressure to take care of their well-being first.

2- Parental Support: If a student is going through a tough phase, I schedule supportive discussions with parents to help create a healthier, stress-free routine at home.
