I am a dedicated and enthusiastic educator with a strong academic background in English Literature. My lesson planning technique is based on a student-centered approach that ensures active learning and meaningful classroom engagement. I begin every lesson by setting clear learning objectives and connecting the topic with students' prior knowledge through a warm-up activity or thought-provoking questions. I then introduce the concept using simple explanations, real-life examples, visual aids, and interactive discussion to maintain students' interest. Throughout the lesson, I encourage participation through pair work, group activities, and guided practice so that students can apply what they have learned. I continuously assess students' understanding by asking questions, observing their participation, and providing constructive feedback. Finally, I conclude the lesson with a brief recap, evaluate whether the learning objectives have been achieved, and assign relevant homework or follow-up activities to reinforce learning.
