About Tara
I am a year 12 sixth form student who has been studying violin since year 2. When I was in the later years of primary school until about year 9, I would go through frequent periods of wanting to give up the violin because I just didn't enjoy it, however now that I am of a better standard, I really enjoy the pieces I play and the youth orchestras a play in and I would love to be able to help as many people get past that unsure stage of should I keep going into the stage where I enjoy practicing everyday I can.

I work with each student individually, tailoring it to their needs and preferences. We work at the student's speed, private practice is strongly encouraged, students can bring their own music of their choice, or I can send them scans of various bits that I have. Lessons are typically 30 min to 1 hour. I teach all ages up to 20 years old.
