I have just finished my second year of university, after splitting my time between the University of Nottingham and George Washington University in Washington D.C.. I am a hard-working and caring individual who is set on helping others achieve their goals - while working hard but also reassuring and prioritising reducing anxiety and fear over what can be a very stressful experience.

My typical length of a lesson would be an hour/ hour and a half as I find this to be optimum for productivity. I believe in figuring out the pupil's preferred techniques and approaches for learning and accommodating the lesson style based on this - whether they are a visual learner, learn best through answering questions or some other form of revision. Although this will be my first time tutoring, I have a lot of experience with children as a former tennis coach. Additionally, as someone who has received one on one tutoring myself in the past, I believe I am able to better understand the way in which a pupil will prefer to be taught.
