It makes me happy to share the useful information I have gained in the trainings I have received with people and to encounter good results.
I enjoy presenting a real pilates training with real information, unlike those who do functional training masquerading as Pilates.

I received 6-level comprehensive pilates training from Polestar pilates. I have training in stott pilates before. I'm not doing this with rote moves. I am one of the few people who do this job well with my extensive teaching experience at home and abroad. I am offering a professional pilates course with full corrections and correct alignments after a serious anatomy and contrology-based training from international schools.
You can achieve maximum results with minimum equipment. You will get very fast results in a short time with the program that we will create mostly on your own body weight, control and balance.
