About Jessica
I am a pole fitness and stretch instructor and studio manager of an aerial arts school, I have over 20 years of stretching experience and have been teaching flexibility for 6 years. I have a related degree and qualifications relating to stretch instruction and anatomy. Over the years I have taught thousands of students!
