About Etibar

Etibar ASADLI is a jazz pianist / concertist, composer and producer, winner of world competitions. Internationally renowned musician, polyglot artist (fluent in the following languages: Russian, Azeri, Turkish, English, French) and experienced teacher, he chose to come and settle in Paris five years ago to develop his career. Etibar ASADLI was born in 1992 in Baku (AZERBAIDJAN) and began learning the piano there in 1998 in the famous music school Bulbul, follower of the Russian school. Subsequently showing a great interest in composition, he joined the Baku Music Academy in 2009 where he obtained his Composer's Diploma in 2013. He has been performing since 2008 with his various projects all over the world: in Paris (Duc des Lombards, Sunset Sunside, Jazz Café Montparnasse, Le Réservoir, Unesco Grand Salon, Saint-Eustache Church, Louvre Auditorium ...); in Europe (London, Switzerland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Germany ...), in the United States (Chicago ...) and as far as Asia (Middle East, Russia, Korea, China) ... After having received the Grand Prize for his composition "Sari Galin", he is the 2012 winner of the "Spring Festival for Students" festival organized in Russia and is subsequently programmed in numerous festivals (Baku Jazz Festival from 2008 to 2013, at Montreux Jazz Festival in 2014, at Jazzy Colors, Les 2 Mondes Festival, Ethno Jazz Festival in Kiev ...) In 2015, then aged 22, Etibar ASADLI moved to France and joined the prestigious school of Jazz founded by violinist Didier Lockwood where he trained for three years. Today a Composer, Arranger and Artist Entrepreneur, he is working on the release of his new album "Mugham" presenting a hybrid music where traditional themes of Azeri music and Western Jazz merge. He developed the concept of microtonal piano (quarter tones) by tuning his instrument specially for this purpose and surrounded himself with talented and recognized musicians such as Chris Jennings, Naissam Jalal, Husnu Shenlendirici, Ofri Nehemya, Mae Defays, Alim Gasimov ... It is thanks to all this artistic and creative experience that Etibar ASADLI presents its master classes throughout the year internationally and gives piano, composition and MAO lessons (music production, mix / master), for all levels, for all ages, at home or in his recording studio (Metro Mairie des Lilas). Experienced, professional and attentive teacher, he offers an accessible method and personalized support that adapts to everyone's needs and objectives

About the lesson

The Etibar lessons are suitable for all levels: beginners, intermediates, advanced with professionalization project, professional musicians and piano teachers. Lessons for children from 5 years old, teenagers and adults. * Development of a tailor-made program, adapted to the level, psychology and objectives of the student including as axes of work: - Reading and Musical Theory - Study and accompaniment of the musical style addressed - Instrument technique (piano and synthesizers) - Harmony (study of chords, scales and modes) - Free or structured improvisation, improvisation techniques - Solo transcriptions * Study of various repertoires: classical, jazz, gospels, pop, blues ... * Preparation at competitions, auditions or concerts. * Preparation for live recording at the Asadli Pro studio (Metro Mairie des Lilas). * Complementary courses: -Composition / arrangement -MAO (music production, mix / master) -Improvisation -Rhythm
