About Phoebe
My name is Phoebe. I am from England. I am a physiotherapist, acupuncturist and Pilates instructor with over 6 years of experience in sports massage therapy. I have begun to understand the movements of the body well and why we need to strengthen it from a young age in order to maintain health in our later years. It’s not too late to start now.
