About Clara
I’m a Physiotherapist, Belgian by blood but born and raised in Cyprus, fluent in English, French, and Greek. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and went on to earn my Master’s in Physiotherapy in Newcastle, England. I now live and work in London, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries and supporting clients from competitive athletes to prenatal and postnatal individuals. Athletic myself, I grew up playing tennis competitively, and today I enjoy the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while also competing in running races and Hyrox events. This personal sporting background gives me a deep understanding of the physical demands, mental challenges, and dedication needed to perform at your best. Alongside my physiotherapy work, I’m a qualified Pilates instructor. I combine clinical expertise with functional movement to design tailored programmes that improve strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellbeing. Whether your goal is to return to sport, stay active during pregnancy, or simply move better in daily life, I bring a supportive and results-driven approach to every session.

My approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy knowledge with Pilates principles to: • Improve posture, balance, and core stability • Enhance strength, flexibility, and joint mobility • Support injury prevention and faster recovery • Promote safe, functional movement for all life stages Lessons can include matwork Pilates, targeted strengthening, mobility drills, and personalised rehabilitation exercises. I ensure every session is engaging, progressive, and achievable, helping you feel stronger, move better, and reach your full potential.
