I am a Sport Scientist of 25+ years and have taught for a number of years for University and Colleges, as well as private course providers, delivering every type of course from Fitness Instructors, Physiotherapy Assistant to coaches from Athletics, kayaking, Mountain biking, climbing, swimming, as a few.
