About Luisina
I am a physical education teacher, but I have been studying about training since day 1, especially strength training. I have taken numerous courses and trainings since I was a student more than 10 years ago. To name a few, I am a trainer of Olympic lifting, Crosffit, Functional Training, Neurosciences applied to training, etc. I keep studying and trying to incorporate the best information every day.

Distance classes by Zoom or personalized distance routines. My classes are aimed at people with a desire to incorporate new habits, commit to a better quality of life and achieve long-term goals. I believe that teaching must be adapted to the profile of each client, taking into account their particular needs. In the case of my classes, technique is not negotiable, it is essential to achieve long-term improvements and prevent injuries.
