About Paula
Hi, I'm Paula! :)
I've been a circus teacher (aerial modalities and specific physical preparation) for 5 years and a practitioner for 8!
I have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from PUCRS.
I teach online personal classes, stretching and postural re-education, relaxation and breathing, flexibility and general or specific physical preparation for sports.

I am passionate about many body practices and I strongly believe in the power of physical exercise to provide us a healthy body and mind.
I have experience in Ballet, Figure Skating, Natural Gymnastics, Yoga, Acrobatics, Artistic Gymnastics, Crossfit, and, currently I practice circus (aerials and handstand) and functional training. In these different areas I sought to improve my practice and my teaching method.
Each body is a body, we are different people, with different routines and lives. I am 100% in favor of the specificity of training: I propose classes according to your specific objectives, without any prerequisites.
