Body training that aims to expand the joint range according to each person's abilities. For all levels, from people with limited mobility to those dedicated to physical activity.
We train in a healthy way, preparing the body for different sports, artistic and everyday activities. We work with dynamic sequences, incorporating strength training, muscle elongation, alignment, breathing and yoga tools.
