About Carlos
Stepping into my middle school darkroom for the first time and seeing a picture come to life before my eyes in my photography course, made me fall in love with creating something out of nothing. That very moment was all it took for me to realize that I wanted to work in the photography field for the rest of my life.

From the basics to advanced.When I was 15 years old I had my first darkroom ! At 20 I the youngest photo lab manager for Moto Photo, a franchise with over 400 stores nationwide at the time. At 23 I started my own photo lab and studio ! I’ve developed b/w , slide film and color . My company specialized in developing from for the movie industry in Miami. When digital came out we were one of the firsts to print digitally and scan film at a high resolution. I started photo worshops in 2008 with a partner and grew to have over 6000 students. I enjoy what I do and say to myself I never worked a day in my life.
