About Jake
After graduating from Staffordshire University with a Masters in Fashion and Photographic Psychology and a First Class Honors degree in Photography, it left me striving to work with other creatives with a similar passion for expressing creativity through photography, fashion, and personality.
I have photographed for multiple independent brands over the years, including organic fashion company Monkee Genes, That's Sew Maisie' featured on ASOS, celebrity singer-songwriter and XFactor finalist: Sean Miley Moore, Miss Galaxy contestant Abby Plummer, and multiple talented makeup artists.

To achieve your highest levels of creativity you need patience, creativity, and a clear head. Which is why I approach my lessons with an understanding of how each student prefers to learn. It doesn't matter if you're new to the subject, what matters is how much you're willing to learn and embrace your creativity.
My lessons will cover a wide range of photography based knowledge including Photographic Theory & History, Working Cameras, Digital Media, Retouching, Adobe Softwares, Categorised Photography Workshops, Branding Workshops & more. These lessons aim to develop you as a photographer both personally and professionally, as your passion and determination will need to go hand in hand through your development as a photographer.
I like to ensure that my students not only gain knowledge on the practical skills of photography but also learn about the history behind the subject. Understanding key moments of photographic history is extremely important, after all some of the most educational moments throughout time are taught through photographs.
