About Finn
A commercial and corporate photographer with over 15 years of experience, trained in London and Singapore. I’ve worked with PR and design agencies across retail, fashion, product, and corporate sectors — and I specialize in one thing: images that feel real and hold up over time. Now based in Johor Bahru, serving businesses that want photography with genuine character.
I teach photography because I've seen what happens when someone finally understands their camera — they stop documenting life and start expressing it. 15 years commercial. 1-to-1 coaching in JB. Here to help you find your eye.

You don't need a better camera. You need to understand the one you already have.
I've been shooting commercially for over 15 years — marketing campaigns, corporate clients, street portraits — trained in London and Singapore, now based right here in Johor Bahru. I've seen what separates people who take photos from people who make them.
What we can cover:
1. Reading and using natural light
2. Composition that actually works, not just rules
3. Understanding your camera settings without memorizing charts
4. Developing your own eye and visual style
Who this is for:
Beginners who feel lost. Hobbyists stuck in auto mode. Anyone who bought a good camera and hasn't unlocked it yet. Creatives who shoot content and want stronger images.
How it works:
Online or face-to-face.
We meet in JB — a café, a street, or a spot you've been wanting to shoot. Session runs 2 hours. We go at your pace, not mine.
No jargon. No judgment. Just honest coaching from someone who still loves this craft.
Bring your camera. Bring your questions. Let's make something real.

Perfect! Had an incredible first session with Finn! Even though we met online, her expertise as a studio/product , outdoor, and travel photographer shone through immediately.
She brought a super well-prepared presentation, gave me invaluable feedback on my work, and spent real time understanding my unique perspective. Hearing her real-world insights on navigating the industry as a professional was a huge highlight, and sharing a love for Lumix cameras made it even better!
She recommended face-to-face for future sessions, so the next time , I can't recommend learning with Finn enough- Positive attitude, observant, willing to share idea.Finn's response :
