I am studying my Masters degree in Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science, specialising in mental health and wellbeing.
I have been giving lessons and coaching for six months and have helped students reach brilliant results, achieving new levels of confidence, motivation, resilience and happiness.

I will offer a consultation to get to know you and your personal needs, and then provide a tailored plan of support for you which can include:
- Various talking therapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Neuro- Linguistic Programming Techniques and Journey Therapy
- Help identifying and overcoming personal blocks, anxieties, negative thoughts, and self sabotaging behaviour
- Help getting clarity over past issues
- Stress relief tasks and practices
- Resilience improvement tasks and practices
I offer a range of packages or one-off sessions depending on your needs.
* Sessions can be held over videocall or phonecall.
* I also offer a service over email which can take the form of hourly sessions, or flexible email responses as and when required.
