About Bidisha
I am a PhD Student at CSIR-IICB, Jadavpur, Kolkata. I work on protein x-ray crystallography, a technique that can tell us about the 3D arrangement of atoms in tiny biomolecules like proteins. I did my Master's from Presidency University, Kolkata. I have also cleared several competitive exams like the CSIR-NET JRF, GATE, TIFR-JGEEBILS. I speak Bengali, English and a bit of Hindi.

I prefer to keep an emphasis on concept and clarity, without putting pressure on the student. Comfortable with both online and offline mode. Since I am actively engaged in lab work, and my day practically revolves around lab experiments, engaging young minds in the endlessly beautiful world of introductory biology is something that I enjoy to the core.
