About Anna
After completing a degree in Sports Science in London last year, I wanted to continue my passion in the field of children's motor development and physical literacy hence why I have embarked on doing a PhD and moved to Wales! Whilst in London I qualified as a Personal Trainer and absolutely loved coaching clients and leading circuit classes for up to 60 adults! My experience with children includes working with babies to teenagers, coaching football, dance and multisports!

My classes are fun! And you always feel like you have accomplished something and worked to your socks off, whilst socialising and getting rid of all the stress working life or family life can bring.
When teaching kids my classes are also super fun and I have excellent control, always planning and setting targets for us to achieve.
