About Ayodeji

I am a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with over 12 years of experience spanning the health, banking, and retail sectors. My academic journey has been diverse, with degrees in Microbiology, Biomedical Science, and an MBA, culminating in my current pursuit of a PhD in Geography at York St. John University. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, particularly in managing teams, optimising processes, and driving operational efficiencies. Teaching is a natural extension of my passion for knowledge sharing and mentorship. Over the years, I have led training sessions, facilitated risk awareness programmes, and mentored junior colleagues in both banking and technology sectors. My role as a Quality Assurance professional has honed my ability to analyse complex information and communicate solutions effectively—skills that are invaluable in an academic setting. As a PhD student, I am eager to contribute to the academic community by engaging students in critical thinking, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and applying real-world examples to theoretical concepts.
