About Arjun
I have been an athlete all my life. I am currently doing a PhD in Physical Education. I am a National Football player and have been giving personal fitness training to clients for the past 5 years. I have also coached clients as young as 7-8 years old and as old as 60 years old. All of the training I provide is science-based along with detailed explanation of every exercise and meal plan.
