About Nikita

I have recently earned a PhD in brain cancer. I have been a part of online lecture series on basics of proteomics microarray techniques and have delivered lectures online and in person to a wide range of audiences ranging from students to scientists.

About the lesson

It includes simplifying the topic by majorly focusing on the basics because once the concepts are clear, things stay in our head for a longer period of time. Questioning embarks that the other person is interested and is curious therefore I like interactive sessions, as it allows both student and teacher to learn and grow simultaneously

Being a chemical engineering student, genetics is a new area in which she wishes to gain knowledge. I would like to suggest that in biology, it is a good idea to refer to images and draw them on your own, along with the theory of the related topic. Diagram/images help in providing a clearer picture of the phenomenon.
