About Mainul
I currently hold PhD in Biological sciences from the University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia. Prior to that, I worked at the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK), Gatersleben, Germany as a scientific employee and research assistance from April, 2011-March, 2012. Moreover, I completed my Masters in Agrobiotechnology from the Justus-Liebig University, Giessen, Germany in 2011. In addition, I secured B.Sc. (Honors) degree in Botany from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2007. As a scientific researcher, I received several international awards. According to me, students should feel comfortable with their tutors and therefore friendly behavior with them is necessary. Besides, a good teacher needs to understand the strength and weakness of a student and plan accordingly. Sometimes, students find the process of IELTS preparation overwhelming and get anxious. I try to motivate my students to have faith in their abilities. Thus, giving a feeling of self-worth usually makes a positive difference in the way students often approach their test. I try to build strong bonds with students by going beyond the formal student/teacher relationship. I also have proven record of performing my responsibility with highest level of integrity.
From my own experience of appearing in IELTS thrice, I would like to assist my students in mastering the tricks/strategies that are needed to get their desired scores in each of the modules within the defined time limit. Moreover, these lessons shall improve their interpersonal skills in an atmosphere where English is the common language of communication.
