About Sebastiano

I am 29 years old, I have a degree in Engineering and a PhD in Information Science and Technology. In 2021, I obtained 24 credits in anthropo-psycho-pedagogical subjects for teaching qualification.

I currently work as a university researcher in the ICT field and I've always nurtured a passion for teaching. In the course of my experience I have successfully followed students of all levels, from middle and high school to graduate courses. In the university field, in particular, I prepare general scientific exams (mathematical-physical) and specific exams in the area of information engineering.

When I take off my scientist coat, I am a musician with a passion for singing and guitar. I love outdoor excursions and high altitude routes on our splendid Dolomites.

About the lesson

It is said that we do not learn by doing, but by talking and reflecting on what we have done. In my lessons I prefer a proactive and participatory approach, focused on questions and discussion.

I love to offer food for thought and give a concrete context on subjects such as Mathematics and Physics, which may appear abstract or far from reality.

In a typical lesson I always try to include a short overview of the topic, a theory part and an exercise part.
