About SíLVIA RAFAELA
Throughout my training as a biologist/ecologist I developed skills that allow me to understand scientific development and the construction of knowledge in the classroom. Bringing science into the classroom is my focus. As a professor at the Federal University of Tocantins in 2018 (UFT) and, currently, a professor at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES), I have been improving the teaching skills and better understanding students from different realities! I'm proud of my professional activities and I am here to give you my best!

I am a Biologist/Ecologist by passion! Bachelor at federal university of Alagoas, Brazil. I'm also a PhD in Science (2017). I'm a researcher and also teacher. I give reinforcement classes bringing examples from the student's daily life, not just exemplifying situations that seem far from the students' reality. As I am a researcher, I try to update the content according to scientific discoveries. Additionally, I strive to not make the class tiring and monotonous, trying to make sure the student is following my reasoning.
