I have a PhD in polymer chemistry from the university of sheffield. I have tutored maths (GCSE level) and chemistry (A-level) for a few years now.

My teaching method is very friendly. I think it works best if the student chooses a topic they are struggling with, then we go through it and then do some questions on it. I find that if the students find their own resources/use revision guides with practice questions in, it is a much more efficient lesson. It also teaches the students how to get resources.
