About Thandile
I am a teaching assistant at wits university. I tutor maths major and engineering maths to first years and second years. I have tutored abit of third year as well. I am also a writing fellow, I assist students with writing intensive courses in mathematics.

In group sessions I first introduce the topic and just summarize it and then I allow the students to first discuss the problems that they struggle with and then I come in when they all can’t solve some of those questions. On one on one sessions I allow the student to show me what they have worked on and let them explain what they understand and then I come in to assist on where they don’t understand. I also do work according to how the student/students prefer.
