About Me
My name is Gagan Singh Arora, a certified fitness coach with over 9 years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, and body transformation. I have coached 250+ clients and worked as a Head Coach at leading fitness facilities. My mission is to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident through science-based training, proper movement, nutrition guidance, and sustainable lifestyle habits. I believe fitness is not just about looking good—it’s about improving performance, longevity, and quality of life.

I first started training with Gagan back in 2017, and really enjoyed his training style and his emphasis on strength. As a woman, it made me feel empowered and confident. And it's so important for us to maintain muscle after the age of thirty.
Last year, I was diagnosed with lupus, a serious autoimmune disease. I developed severe fatigue, muscle weakness, chest pain, shortness of breath, and joint pain. Two rheumatologists advised me to start strength training. I contacted Gagan and started training with him again. I was terrified because I felt extremely weak and had lost confidence in my body due to the illness. He was patient and took things slowly, gently pushing me to go beyond my mental barriers while also respecting my body's limits. Today, just two months later, I'm able to work out for an hour and to push a 70-kg sled! My chest pain and breathlessness are 90 percent better. The fatigue is 80 percent better. And I'm so much more confident about going out and doing normal things despite my illness.See more recommendations
