About Victor
I have been doing several different sports for more than 21 years and obtaining different knowledge and experiences in various areas.
Some of the sports I have done are:
Gym, Crossfit, weight lifting, calisthenics, mountaineering, surfing, snowboarding, fencing, tae kwon do, haidong gumdo, kung fu, tai chi, boxing, yoga, swimming, lima lama, among others. Just to give some examples in mountaineering I climbed Kilimanjaro, in tae kwon do I reached a black belt 2nd Poom, etc.
I also know about nutrition and many other health topics. I have a certification in Health Behavior Change from Yale University and one in Ayurveda Aromatherapy and I am in the process of obtaining one in psychology.
I hope I can share my knowledge with you and help you improve your life and to be able to achieve what you want to achieve.

The main focus is that you have many options to choose from so that we can find something that you can enjoy while reaching your personal goals.
We can do a plan for muscle definition, strength, stamina, weight loss, etc.
So you would be able to choose depending of your goals and after that we can see sports you have practiced, what you like best and adapt them in the best posible way to that goal
According to my previous experience we can combine many sports.
For example:
If someone enjoys martial arts and wants to loose weight we could combine some martial arts exercises that help to that specific goal along with other exercises.
If you only want one class we can agree on more or less what you like by message to personalize it.
If you decide to take it as a program (from one to six sessions per week) it can include several benefits: You can have reduced price per class, have a special consultation for a deeper personalization, nutrition advice, plans to achieve goals not only with the program but with life in general, among other benefits according to what you prefer!
