About Ingrid
The focus of the class is the student's well-being, and the pursuit of his/her objective. We start with warm ups, technical exercises, choreography and stretching.
The student defines his or her goal (learn to dance, get loose, have a relaxing time, disconnect from problems, have fun!). Whatever the objective, the class is designed to bring out the best for the student.
