About Neha
Hello! I’m Neha, a Personality Coach passionate about helping individuals understand themselves better, recognize their unique strengths and develop greater confidence in who they are.
With over 10 years of professional experience in research and operations, including experience working with leading global organizations such as EY and KPMG, I bring a strong professional understanding of people, communication, different working styles and individual perspectives.
As a Personality Coach, my focus is on helping individuals explore and understand their personality, identify their strengths and challenges, improve self-awareness and grow in a way that feels authentic to them.
I believe that many struggles with confidence, communication, self-doubt and feeling misunderstood can begin to feel clearer when we develop a deeper understanding of ourselves. My approach is centered around meaningful conversations, self-reflection and personalized guidance, because every individual has a different personality, journey and way of experiencing the world.
My sessions provide a supportive space for individuals who want to understand themselves better, become more confident, improve their communication and work towards meaningful personal development.
I believe personal growth isn't about changing yourself into someone else. It's about understanding who you are, recognizing your potential and becoming the best and most authentic version of yourself.

My sessions are designed to help individuals understand themselves better, explore their personality, identify their strengths and challenges, and work towards meaningful personal growth.
Every session is personalized because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to personality and personal development. I begin by understanding the individual, their personality, thoughts, challenges, communication style and the areas where they would like to grow.
Depending on the person's needs, our sessions may focus on self-awareness, confidence, communication, understanding personality traits, overcoming self-doubt, becoming more comfortable with yourself and developing a stronger understanding of your own behavior and patterns.
My approach is interactive and conversational rather than lecture-based. I encourage open discussion, reflection and practical thinking, helping individuals explore situations from different perspectives and discover what works best for them.
These sessions are suitable for adults and young individuals who are interested in understanding themselves better and working on their personal development. Whether you identify as an introvert, struggle with confidence, feel misunderstood, or simply want to understand your personality and yourself more deeply, the sessions are designed around your individual journey.
