About Emily

I am incredibly passionate about language learning and aim to make not only top grades accessible to all in GCSE languages, but also incite a genuine proficiency in this life-long skill which broadens horizons and refines cognitive skills.
I currently speak 6 languages and am going on to study Modern and Medieval Languages at Cambridge University. I have 2 years of experience tutoring both younger children and adolescents, in person and online, also including teaching English as a foreign language amongst other subjects.

About the lesson

I provide personalised, engaging lessons for years 7-11, (ages 11-16), which will help you to develop skills in Spanish speaking, reading, listening and writing with 1 to 1 sessions tailored to your personal strengths and weaknesses.
Together we can broaden your vocabulary, increase your intercultural awareness and refine your exam skills, with close attention to the specified exam curricula. My approach aims to balance improving the aspects you find most challenging with incorporating your personal interests that make language learning relevant to you.
Lessons are conducted online, from the comfort of your home or another place convenient for you! The length of lessons can be flexible depending on your requirements. I am also available to hold tutoring sessions in Norwich, in study spaces such as Millennium Library if this is preferred.
I currently speak 6 languages and have 2 years of experience tutoring a range of age groups both in person and online. In my GCSEs I achieved the highest grade in all 11 of my subjects, grade 9s across the board.
