My rates are very reasonable as a lot of Personal Trainers will charge you £35-40 for 45 minutes. Cancellation can only be accepted 24 hours prior to the lesson if it is anything after 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee which will be the total cost of the sessions excluding the travel expenses.
Prices are negotiable for multiple lesson bookings but not for one lesson itself.
