About Serena
I’m Serena Lidia Rafan, a professional personal trainer, holistic coach, and former national-level volleyball athlete. Over the past several years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies, build strength, and create sustainable lifestyles they actually enjoy. My approach isn’t just about workouts—it’s about aligning fitness, nutrition, and mindset to deliver results that last.
I hold multiple certifications in personal training (YMCA & ISSA), holistic nutrition, and Reiki & meditation, giving me a unique ability to combine physical performance with mental clarity and energy alignment. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients—from busy professionals and high-performing entrepreneurs to athletes recovering from injuries and individuals ready for a complete lifestyle overhaul.
Having lived and trained internationally, I bring a global perspective and high-level expertise to every session. I focus on tailored programs, correct form, progressive overload, and accountability, ensuring you never waste time or effort. Every client gets a plan designed specifically for their goals, lifestyle, and schedule, with support every step of the way.
