About Elias

I currently compete and train out of Los Banditos in London which hold some of the highest trained athletes in the country for grappling.

We currently have content being created on a day to day basis so feel free to check out Instagram and YouTube pages under the same name (my Instagram being @EliasStamatis)

Competing from the age of 8 years old in multiple sports I have always been a very focused and goal driven person.

Having traveled and trained in some of the best academies around the country and world and also having the chance to compete over seas.

Over the years I have taught both adult classes and 1 to 1 session and likewise with children from the ages of 4-16 years old.

I have a deep passion for teaching which leads me to be a perfect candidate for this app and for your goals.

About the lesson

Hello I’m Elias, I’m 23 years old and have been training in martial arts since the age of 4

I’m currently a high level Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Submission wrestling athlete and have also specialised in high level Judo, having taught all arts listed whilst also having prior experience in competing in athletics and rugby.

Having prior instructor experience and knowledge of nutrition,general health and overall fitness I can cater to all needs and ages.

I currently work out of a private space in Barnet and am flexible to cater to an individuals needs, making sure all my clients achieve their goals and have a catered experience with me.
Consider each lesson to be a structure lesson with the ability to change based on the moment that way its catered to you and your personality by learning in a way thats best for you. Making sure that the end of the day you are having fun whilst your needs are met !

Details

Each session is made unique for each individual and time is taken outside of session for study and review. I am always available for contact outside of sessions for any requests such as homework or advice.

I travel from home to the studio so i already factor in travel costs and cost of commission into my prices
