I'm Lina and I have a fitness trainer license A / B. Due to my own back problems, I dealt with the topics of health and fitness at an early age. Now I would like to help you so that you too can regain your balance or, in other words, so that you feel comfortable in your own skin again.

We can train online or in person. (if you live in Schwerin.) We will train with minimal equipment or bodyweight, so that you can do the training yourself at home at any time. Together we will create a training and nutrition plan that is adapted to your lifestyle and not the other way around. You can reach me at any time and train with me at any time. I see you as a whole person and try to offer you the optimal care that you deserve.
