About Prithviraj
I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and personal trainer dedicated to helping people build a strong, aesthetic, and healthy physique. Being actively involved in training myself, I understand the challenges of gaining muscle while staying lean, and I apply the same practical, results-driven approach with my clients.
I specialize in lean bulking, fat loss, and body recomposition, focusing on smart training rather than extreme or unsustainable methods. My goal is to simplify fitness—no confusion, no unnecessary restrictions—just clear guidance that actually works.
