About Harry
I’ve trained consistently for almost three years in both bodybuilding and calisthenics. What I’m good at is breaking down complex movements into simple steps so beginners can build strength without feeling lost or intimidated. I focus on form, joint safety, and habits that keep you progressing even if you're busy or starting from zero.

Sessions are beginner-friendly, straightforward, and focused on what actually works rather than flashy exercises.

- Kent is doing great! His biggest strength is his highly active background in sports, which gives him fantastic stamina and a great foundation of general fitness. Moving forward, his main area for improvement is incorporating consistent weight training into his routine.
