About Silvia
I’ve been in the health and Fitness industry for more than a decade now. As a basketball player, my fitness and health was very important to me, that's why I independently acquired a great deal of knowledge at quite young age and was thus also able to help many other competitive athletes to improve their fitness. During my BA studies, I have expanded my knowledge and gained many practical experiences as a fitness trainer in a health-oriented gym. About a year ago, I successfully completed my studies and am looking forward to helping even more people to become healthier and happier with themselves.
