About Leon
I am currently a student at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Previously, I played football (college) in the US and worked as a personal trainer before I decided to go back to Germany and continue my studies here. In this context, I would be pleased to see you and benefit from my previous experience.

My conviction is that the success of training depends not only on the 90-minute training session, but on the entire 24-hour routine. Generally, I recommend a 2 hour unit. This then consists of about 90 minutes of training (including WhyUP) and 30 minutes of conversation about the current, current progress, so a general "listening" in the body. Only then can we optimize training, nutrition and your everyday life.
