About Guillaume
My story is about a teenager who drinks and smokes in the evening until he is 21 years old. After difficult times in life, I had a depression and then went to live 1 year as part of my studies in California and !
I quit smoking at the same time that I discover the body culture that I instantly fall in love with. This new life, allowed me to evacuate all the mental load of my problems, to acquire self-confidence and incidentally to make my body a war machine.
Today I know the state spirit it takes to change and I would like to share it with you.
