About
I have worked as a PT for 2 and a half years now, I’ve worked on my clients to gain muscle, lose weight, get abs, get into training, sports-specific training, you name it. I began as an 11-year-old overweight and wanted to change how I looked and went on a transformation for 2 years with my diet and working out. To this, I still train as I did then, if not harder. It’s not easy but I know how to get there and pave your path.
